Position Summary

The SCM Director for Asia, Africa and Middle East is responsible for the planning and supply chain execution functions. It is responsible for inventory management in the region and ensuring excellent service to customers in all channels. It is responsible for the Sales & Operations Planning process to ensure good monthly connectivity with Commercial, Rx Operations, Marketing, New Products, Finance and Mass Manufacturing. It is the point contact for the Commercial teams regarding supply to all customers in the region.
Requirements
Education
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Operations, Distribution Management, a related field, or equivalent experience.


Experience
Requires at least 10 years experience in Supply Chain Management, Mass Manufacturing, with strong experience in Customer Service

Strong planning, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and communications skills are essential.  

Other skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, computer, analytical problem solving, planning/organizational, interpersonal/teamwork, negotiation and leadership skills are necessary.
